It is our great pleasure to make this announcement of released winners list of OLIVE JAPAN 2020 International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.
After opening the registration of the contest since last November, it becomes unexpectedly long term due to COVID-19 pandemic. We very much appreciated very many cooperation and understanding by all the contestants and our juries, tasters and staff. Thank you so much for your every efforts.
After this announcement, we plant to provide the following services. We apologize some inconvenience still continues under these difficult situation especially international shipping and transportation.
- AWARD CERTIFICATE in Paper format Shipping ; We had already shipped for Japanese domestic winners. However, it is now suspended to ship international contestants due to the post mail service is still not yet working. We hope to start shipping soon after it will be re-open.
- Electric data of MEDAL design and OLIVE JAPAN Logo;
Will be sent by around June 17 via email.Completed by June 12. - Electric data of AWARD CERTIFICATE;
Will be sent by around June 17 via email.Completed by June 12. - Judges comments and detail of evaluation data ; Will be sent by June 19 via email.
- Compliment Award Memorial Trophy for PREMIER Winners ; Will be shipped around mid July.
- Application for paid Memorial Trophy for all Medal Winners ; Will be started by June 17, please see the email #2 or #3 above.
Winners will receive total 2 or 3 separate email from OLIVE JAPAN for covering above provided services. And non medal winners will receive 1 email (#4) shortly.
Those who would exhibit and sell the awarded product(s) at SEIBU Department store in IKEBUKURO during OLIVE JAPAN SHOW 2020 event (July 22 – 27, 2020), please kindly send email to the Olive Oil Sommelier Association of JAPAN ( info@oliveoil.or.jp ) by June 20th.
