For Japanese quality consumers, OLIVE JAPAN decided to develop an official Yearbook of OLIVE JAPAN and its first issue, “OLIVE JAPAN Official Book 2015-16” was published on June 30th, 2016.
The book contents 16 selected OLIVE JAPAN 2015 Winners oil with 2 cooking recipes each by 2 great chef in Italian and Spanish cuisine. Of course the book has entire 2016 Winners list with comments and shop guidance.
There is never published this kind of book in the industry in Japan, and we are really proud to publish.
