3. SHIPPING<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Registered Product Samples will be received from now and until no later than MAY 18, 2026<\/span><\/strong><\/span>. Shipments will be received weekdays 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. All samples MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID. All samples should be packed with the confirmation e-mail of your entry on the inside and the name of the producer marked clearly on the outside.
\nIt is the contestant responsibility to make proper shipment of their samples while OLIVE JAPAN has no responsibility for delayed delivery, lost packages and broken bottles. <\/span>An entry shall consist of the designated contestant samples, as per entry;<\/p>\n

\n5 bottles (or tins) if 200ml \u2013 250ml bottle (or tin) contents, or
\n3 bottles (or tins) if 375ml \u2013 500ml bottle (or tin) contents, or
\n2 bottles (or tins) if over 750ml bottle (or tin) contents.<\/p>\n

Table Olive Samples
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Picked and Processed during May 2025 and May 2026, stored Room Temparature and shelf Life should be at least by September 2026.
\n7 jars\/bottles\/tins if 100gram – 150gram contents each, or
\n5 jars\/bottles\/tins if 200gram – 400gram contents each, or
\n3 jars\/bottles\/tins if 500gram – 750gram contents each, or
\n2 jars\/bottles\/tins if more than 1kg contens<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

All the samples should be properly labeled with brand name, product name, bottle contents etc. as the commercial product in the market.
\nThe Shipment should be recommended to use DHL or UPS. (No FedEx\/TNT\/EMS nor Post office, please !)<\/p>\n

A licensed broker with applicable importing licenses must clear international shipments of the samples. If you have an importer it is best to use your own importer.<\/strong>

\nSAMPLE WAIVER All sample shipments to JAPAN must be clearly declared as \u201cSAMPLE, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE, NOT FOR SALE\u201d in the applicable commercial invoices and pro-forma invoices and the packing list attached with the samples. OLIVE JAPAN has no responsibility to make proper custom clearance nor to prepare adequate shipping documents.
\nYOU MUST DESIGNATE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL JAPANESE CUSTOMS CHARGES AND TAXES ON YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS OR AIRWAY BILL if your documents should not be properly prepared.
