The book contents 16 selected OLIVE JAPAN 2015 Winners oil with 2 cooking recipes each by 2 great chef in Italian and Spanish cuisine. Of course the book has entire 2016 Winners list with comments and shop guidance. There is never published this kind of book in the industry in Japan, and we are really proud to publish.

While OLIVE JAPAN 2016 International Olive Oil Competition judge is ongoing, we will open exhibitors’ registration quite soon !! The Marche is one of the core event of OLIVE JAPAN as well as the Competition, will be held on July 8 Fri and 9 Saturday at the Futako Tamagawa RISE Shopping Center Galleria.
